**Covid-19 Medical Certificates/Sick Notes**
Please note following Londonwide LMCs advice we will not be providing Medical Certificates or 'Fit Notes' regarding absence from the workplace related to Covid-19. If your employer requests a medical certificate please download this letter and give it to your employer.

**NEW GP HUB - BOOK THROUGH YOUR GP SURGERY**
Weekday evening and weekend appointments.
All patients registered with a Bexley GP (or a resident in Bexley but have yet to registered with a Bexley GP practice) can now request a GP appointment between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm Saturdays and Sundays (including bank holidays).
**GETTING STARTED WITH GP ONLINE SERVICES**
Did you know that you don't have to wait on the phone to speak to your GP surgery? Just like online banking you can use a computer, tablet or smartphone using a website or an app. You can book and cancel appointments and order your repeat prescriptions. - Visit the surgery website and click on "CONSULT ONLINE"
- Find your health condition and fill out a simple online questionnaire.
- The GP will get back to you with feedback and treatment options.
